Washington County Humane Society
The Humane Society has been chartered with the State of Tennessee since 1994. They are a separate organization than the Washington County/Johnson City Animal Control Center. The Humane Society is governed by a volunteer board of directors, made up of 15 people from our community. Their efforts rely solely upon your tax-deductible donations.
