2005 marked Tim Davis’ 10th year with WJHL-TV, the first 4 as a member of the Production Department before becoming a Photographer within the News Department. Tim enjoys news assignments, as well as the occasional sports shoot, especially since he played sports while attending Sullivan East High School in Bluff City. Tim went on to earn his degree in Communications from East Tennessee State University in 1991.

Tim has added skills like operating the ENG microwave truck and assisting on live news broadcasts that use the SNG satellite truck. “The thing I love about being part of the News Department is that I have a hand in bringing the stories you see on the air to life each day,” he says.

Tim and his wife, Lee Ann, were married in December of 2004.
